Debug Device Manager Issues

Admins may encounter and then debug the following Live Platform Device Manager issues:

Devices are not Displayed because Insufficient Endpoints are Licensed

Devices are not Displayed Due to Endpoints Allocation per Service Provider

Device Manager can't Pull Firmware Files from AudioCodes ShareFile

Device is Displayed as ‘Disconnected’

Device Does Not Get the .CFG Configuration File

Missing Certificates - Device Cannot Access Manager as it is using HTTPS
